REGISTRATION FOR CURRENT OCPS STUDENTS

GENERAL STEPS FOR ADULT ADMISSIONS
Career Certificate and Adult Education Students

SELECT A PROGRAM

If possible, apply online* at https://campusportal.ocps.net/Public/global/landing.html.

MEET WITH A COUNSELOR
Visit the tech center for a face-to-face interview with an admissions staff member.

TESTING AND PROCESSING
Complete all required testing and processing steps for your program of choice. The tech centers enroll students every three weeks** (see below), unless specified in the catalog.

FINANCIAL AID
Apply for financial aid, if applicable.

TUITION AND FEES
Pay all required fees and tuition at least two business days prior to the start of class.

* Applications are accepted on a non-discriminatory basis from anyone having the interest, ability, and desire to benefit from an occupational training program.
**The tech centers enroll students every three weeks unless specified in the catalog. Enrollment start dates for Spring 2012 are: January 23 and April 2.
All students must have completed the TABE test, if appropriate, finished the application process, and paid all required tuition and fees for the enrollment term no later than two business days before the start date. (Initial fee for TABE testing is $15 and $35 for the processing fee.)
