Industrial Distribution and Management prepares you with the technical and business skills you need to secure employment in the Industrial Distribution and Manufacturing industries. Career opportunities include Technical Sales, Logistics, Support Services, Warehouse or management.  The program of study includes electrical, wholesale, plumbing, plastic, HVAC and other product distribution.  Content includes, but is not limited to, distribution operation procedures, sales techniques, computer programs, business math, business letters and reports, inventory control operations, negotiating techniques, marketing and economics, human relations and industrial shop distribution applications. The program format includes a five week rotating externship component. Classes are taught in the classroom (18 hours week) and online (12 hours a week).

Retail Management; Distribution Specialist (Marketing, Merchandising, and Parts Operations 1 and 2) prepares you for employment in the areas of sales, delivery, inventory control, warehousing and billing.  Training includes computer systems, inventory control, purchasing, accounts receivable/payable, automated and electronic cataloging services, parts specialist operations and marketing managerial techniques.
