Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Heating Technology prepares you for employment as an air conditioning, heating, ventilation and refrigeration technician or installer. Training includes the electrical and mechanical aspects of installing, maintaining and repairing heating, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems; refrigerant transfer, storage and recovery regulations; codes and standards; and safety, environmental and employability issues.

Architectural Drafting prepares you for employment in the drafting field. Training includes CAD (computer aided drafting) and skills to support architects and architectural engineers in developing plans for buildings or structures, using a variety of materials; and mathematical, safety, leadership and human relations skills.

Building Construction Technology prepares you for employment as a commercial building maintenance technician. Training includes reading blueprints and schematics, basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, masonry and air conditioning maintenance and repair.

Electricity prepares you for employment as an electrician. Training includes assembly, installation, operation, maintenance and repair of electrical equipment used in the Residential, Commercial and Industrial fields.

Smart Home/Mobile Electronics Technology prepares you for employment or advanced training in a variety of occupations in this industry. Training includes installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of computer operating systems; network, telecommunications, cable TV, satellite, antenna, audio/video and low voltage wiring systems. Security, CCTV and environmental control systems and the integration with the other listed systems are included. Safety, communication, leadership skills, human relations and employability skills are included. Graduates are eligible to take the Residential Electronics System Installer (RESI) exam, the CompTIA Home Technology Integrator (HTI ) exam, and the Mobile Electronics Certification Professional (MECP) exam.
